Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days once dispatched. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back in the future as we plan to expand our shipping destinations.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@tenacipro.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tenaci Pro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
